We guarantee the fit and quality of our replacements however this depends heavily on identifying the camper correctly. If you know the Year, Make & Model, simply select the correct listing from the menu on the left beginning with "Canvas Replacements". If you are not certain or cannot find the listing, give us a call at 715-255-8142 with any information you do have and we will help you figure it out! The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) can be a tremendous help during this process so please have it available (if possible).

Lead Time:
Shipping time varies depending on the product ordered.
This is subject to change due to orders coming in & orders shipping out. Feel free to check with us on your particular campers lead time.
Most parts ship within a day or two from ordering. Peak season CAN have some parts on back order. If you need something shipped quickly, please contact us. ALL expedited shipments must be submitted by 1 pm (cst) to guarantee shipping of an item for that day. If it is submitted after that, it will ship the following day. (IF the item is in stock)
Payment:
Your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or PayPal are welcome. Full payment of your order is taken upon ordering.
International Shipments:
Flat rate shipping charges are only valid for shipping within the Continental US. For Shipping rates outside of the Continental US including Alaska and Hawaii please contact us.
Canada/International orders: The shipping company will charge a brokerage fee that is due at the time of delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer. Canvas Replacements does not issue these charges and has no way to estimate the cost. This charge is based on package value and destination. You may have import/Duty/tariff fees applied as well. Non-payment of these fees may result in the order not being refunded.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return a product it must be in the original packaging and unused. There can be a to a 15-20% restocking fee on returned products. Please contact us to get the product returned. Not all products can be returned.
